K+G Complex Public Company Ltd would like to announce that due to COVID-19 pandemic, the consequences it has caused and the necessary restrictive measures taken, the Annual Report and the Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year 2019 will not be ready for approval on 28th April 2020.
Therefore, the Company announces that the Board of Directors will meet on Friday 8th May 2020 instead of Tuesday 28th April 2020 to consider the following subjects:
- To consider and approve the Annual Report and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2019.
- To fix the date and place for convening the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company.
