The Board of Directors of K+G Complex Public Company Ltd approved the Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2013 at a meeting held on 29th April 2014.
The Annual Report and the Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company has been posted on the website of the Group “www.galatariotisgroup.com” (“Investor Relations/Announcements”) and the website of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (www.cse.com.cy).
Copies of the Annual Report and the Consolidated Financial Statements are available at the Company’s registered office, at 197 Makarios III Avenue, 3030 Limassol.
The Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held on 20th June 2014, at 11:00a.m. at Le Meridien Limassol Spa & Resort hotel in Limassol.
