K+G Complex Public Company Ltd announces that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on 1st of November 2024, approved the payment of an interim dividend out of profits of the year 2024 of €771.517,00, which corresponds to €0,006 per share.
Calendar of Corporate action
The interim dividend will be paid to the entitled shareholders of the Company that will be registered at the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) registry as at 13th of November 2024 (Record Date). As a result, the 12th of November 2024 is determined to be the ex-dividend date, date from which the shares of the Company will be traded at the CSE without the right to the dividend.
Investors that will purchase shares at the CSE by the close of business on 11th November 2024 (Last Cum Date) will be entitled to the dividend. Furthermore, shareholders entitled to the dividend will also be the holders of shares based on an off-exchange transfer to be completed by the record date.
The dividend will be paidto the entitled shareholders, either directly to them or to the bank account of the Participant (operator), until 10th of December 2024.
